Cookie Policy

Our current setup
Midterm Brief does not currently run AdSense, analytics, embedded video players, social widgets, or advertising tracking. Its own code does not set cookies or use local or session storage. Searching the library and filtering topics work without storing a user profile.
What cookies and similar technologies do
Cookies are small values stored by a website in a browser. Local storage and similar technologies can also remember information. Some are necessary for delivery or sign-in; others support optional analytics or advertising.
| Category | Current status | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Application cookies and browser storage | None set by our code | No saved preferences or reading history |
| Hosting or security storage | May be used by the platform | Secure delivery and network protection |
| Analytics storage | Not enabled | No audience measurement tags |
| Advertising storage | Not enabled | No ad personalization or measurement tags |
Necessary platform storage
Cloudflare Pages may use storage as part of its hosting or network-security service. Exact names and lifetimes depend on the hosting features in use and the browser session. Consult the platform privacy policy and your browser’s site-data view for information about platform storage.
Your controls today
There are currently no optional cookies from this publication to accept or reject. You can inspect, block, or delete website storage in your browser settings. Blocking necessary platform storage may interfere with security checks. Deleting storage does not stop any future storage permitted by your settings.
If advertising is introduced
Before activating advertising, we will identify the active providers and update this policy. Where consent is required, optional advertising storage will be governed by the applicable consent mechanism. For Google advertising to readers in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, the required Google-certified consent management platform will be configured. Its controls will let readers review their choices and withdraw consent. The information panel on this site is not that certified platform and does not collect advertising consent.
